When I saw The Horse With A Golden Saddle in china for the first time while visiting MAC and Vanessa of Horsing Around, I fell like a log. It was even more beautiful than the resin version - and I hadn't thought that possible ... Alas, at over 3000 dollar he was too much for me. That was when he was made from Avalon. But while visiting Alchemy at their Opening Day (actually the night before, when another collector and I got to go with Andrew to the locale) I found the china THWAGS there ... and at a third of the original price I couldn't resist him, now could I? It took me several months worth of time payments, but bought him I did and Anthony outdid himself painting my boy (I gave him a picture of Sultann as inspiration). Murshid is one of the true treasures of my collection and I love him very much. His name means roughly 'Guide' in Arabic: to go with my Thee Sentinel, of course (all Sentinels needs a guide. I'm very much into the television show The Sentinel).
