Deuden is a very dear memory to me. While visiting Alchemy at the Alchemy Opening Day Andrew took me and a fellow collector to Alchemy the evening before the opening day. We were both staying with Donna over the weekend and he had an errend over there, so he let us tag along. Among the many beautiful horses I saw that evening, there was one in particular that "spoke" to me: an AAA mini Striking Out Arabian Stallion Test Run in "my" color of liver chestnut with flaxen mane and tail ... They had five or six test runs of this mold available. Then at the actual Opening Day, suddenly Andrew comes and pulls me to the side and tells me that they would sell the test runs, should I be interested. Which he, of course, knew I would be, since I had made my admiration of the one with "my" color well known ...
